Tree Care

THIS PAGE IS DESIGNED TO HELP YOU LEARN MORE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT TREE SURGEON SERVICES AVAILABLE IN TREE CARE.

Tree Care

The care and maintenance of trees is an extensive subject. Further information on the following topics is available on the Jenks Group website under the following heading:

General tree care, including removal of ivy, the use of bracing and how to deal with cavities is on the general tree care page.

Look at the tree felling page for information on cutting, pruning, lifting and pollarding.

The process for the complete felling of trees may be very simple - or quite complex!

Once a tree is down, stump removal is an option.

Another service we offer is to carry out full tree surveys, whether for safety or to the full  BS5837:2012 standard for planning and construction.

A less detailed service but one which still requires an experienced arborist is a Visual Tree Assessment. This "reads" the tree, looking for disease, unwanted growth and signs of stress or age.

Jenks Oxford provided the full range of professional arboricultural services, including Tree Management Plans for parish councils, schools or estate management.
